For 2026’s conference dinner, we cordially invite you to a special evening at Titanic Hotel Liverpool, set within the beautifully restored Stanley Dock warehouse. This striking venue combines historic character with contemporary design on Liverpool’s waterfront.

When does the dinner take place?
This year’s conference dinner will take place at the Titanic Hotel on Thursday, 23 April.
When does it start and finish?
Guest arrival begins at 7.30pm.
The evening is intended to finish at 11.30pm.
How do I get there?
The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is a short 10–15 minute taxi or car journey from the Exhibition Centre, making it easy to reach for your evening dinner. You can also take local transport from Liverpool city centre or Liverpool ONE bus station.
What is the dress code?
Smart/Evening wear.
Is there a seating plan?
There isn’t a seating plan, however tables for 10 people can be booked in advance if attending as a group. If you book 10 tickets in one transaction, we will reserve a table for you.
How much are the tickets and what does the price include?
Tickets cost £75 (inc. VAT) per person. This price includes a welcoming glass of sparkling wine, a three-course meal paired with a half-bottle of wine (or a soft drink if you prefer). This will be followed by freshly brewed tea, coffee and Rum fudge.
