Please review our full [Terms & Conditions] for booking information, including our cancellation policy: cancellations made on or before Wednesday, 28 January 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee; cancellations between Thursday 29 January and Wednesday, 11 March 2026 will receive a 50% refund; from Thursday, 12 March 2026, no refunds can be issued.
Member savings
Diabetes UK members receive exclusive discounted rates. If you’re a trainee, retired, or based in a low-income country, you’ll enjoy an additional 30% off your ticket. Full-time student members can attend the full conference for free.

Student
If you’re a full-time student and a Diabetes UK Professional Member, you can register for the full conference completely free. A valid proof of study will be required.
Student non-member
If you're a full-time student but not yet a member, you can still attend at the standard rate, or join today to access free registration.
Reduced member
This rate is available to members who are trainees, retired, from low to middle-income countries (access the full list here), and/or earning less tha £30,162 per year (non UK members qualify if earning less than $50,000 USD equivalent). Proof of role is required at registration, examples of which include: documentation verifying that you are Band 4 and under (NHS) or a letter from your employer.
Early bird, standard and late rates
Secure your place early to benefit from the lowest rates. Early bird tickets are available until 29 January 2026. Standard pricing applies after that, with late rates closer to the event:
- Early bird offer ends: 23:59 (GMT) Thursday 29 January 2026
- Standard rate applicable from Friday 30 Jan to 23:59 (GMT) Wednesday 15 April 2026
- Late rate applicable from Thursday 16 to Friday 24 April 2026
