Please review our full [Terms & Conditions] for booking information, including our cancellation policy: cancellations made on or before Wednesday, 28 January 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee; cancellations between Thursday 29 January and Wednesday, 11 March 2026 will receive a 50% refund; from Thursday, 12 March 2026, no refunds can be issued.

Tickets can be purchased online via credit card. Invoice payments are available online for bookings above £400 made before Wednesday, 11 March 2026. If you need an invoice for group bookings made after Wednesday 11 March, please contact our team at diabetesuk@wonderly.agency. Payment by invoice for amounts below £400 is only available in exceptional circumstances.

Diabetes UK professional members receive exclusive discounted rates. If you’re a trainee, retired, or based in a low-income country, you’ll enjoy an additional 30% off your ticket. Full-time student members can attend the full conference for free.

If you’re a full-time student and a Diabetes UK professional member, you can register for the full conference completely free. A valid proof of study will be required.


Student non-member

If you're a full-time student but not yet a member, you can still attend at the standard rate, or join today to access free registration.


Reduced member

This rate is available to members who are trainees, retired, from low to middle-income countries (access the full list here), and/or earning less than £30,162 per year (non UK members qualify if earning less than $50,000 USD equivalent). Proof of role is required at registration, examples of which include: documentation verifying that you are Band 4 and under (NHS) or a letter from your employer.

Important compliance information for 2026 

To ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, exposure to the promotion of prescription-only medicines is strictly limited to healthcare professionals involved in the sourcing, prescribing, recommendation and management of prescription-only medicines. Any delegates who do not fall into these categories cannot be exposed to the promotion of prescription-only medicines.

Delegates who do not fall into these categories will not be able to access:

  • The designated Prescription Hub within the Exhibition Hall.
  • Any Pharmaceutical Sponsored Symposia or presentations.


Photography policy 

Please note that to ensure regulatory compliance, photography and filming of pharmaceutical stands, branding, or prescription-only product information is strictly prohibited. Please ensure that any content you publish does not capture or report on prescription-only medicines.
