Please review our full [Terms & Conditions] for booking information, including our cancellation policy: cancellations made before 27 January 2027 will receive a full refund minus a £50 + VAT administration fee; cancellations between 27 January and 9 March 2027 will receive a 50% refund; cancellations made less than six weeks before the conference are non-refundable.
Tickets can be purchased online via credit card. Invoice payments are available online for bookings above £400 made before Tuesday, 9 March 2027. If you have any questions about invoice payments, please contact our team at diabetesuk@wonderly.agency. Payment by invoice for amounts below £400 is only available in exceptional circumstances.
Professional member savings
Diabetes UK professional members receive exclusive discounted rates. If you’re a trainee, retired, or based in a low-income country, you can access our reduced member rate. Full-time student members can attend the full conference for £30.

Student
If you’re a full-time student and a Diabetes UK professional member, you can register for the full conference for £30. A valid proof of study will be required.
Student non-member
If you're a full-time student but not yet a member, you can still attend at the non-member student rate, or join today to access the member student rate.
Reduced member
This rate is available to members who are trainees, retired, from low to middle-income countries (access the full list here), and/or earning less than £31,157 per year (non UK members qualify if earning less than $50,000 USD equivalent). Proof of role is required at registration, examples of which include: documentation verifying that you are Band 4 and under (NHS) or a letter from your employer.

Important compliance information for 2027
To ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, promotion of prescription-only medicines at the event is limited to UK healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other decision makers (ORDMs) involved in the sourcing, prescribing, recommendation and management of prescription-only medicines. Any delegate who does not fall into these categories:
- Will not be able to attend any Pharmaceutical Sponsored Symposia or presentations.
- Should not engage with exhibitors located on the Prescription Hub within the Exhibition Hall.
Photography policy
Please note that to ensure regulatory compliance, photography and filming of pharmaceutical stands, branding, or prescription-only product information is strictly prohibited. Please ensure that any content you publish does not capture or report on prescription-only medicines.
