CPD credits

For our 2026 conference, we will be applying for accreditation with The Federation of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (RCP).

Historically, the Diabetes UK Professional Conference has been accredited, offering delegates the opportunity to collect Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.

For 2026, we expect delegates to be able to claim up to 18 CPD credits in total.

All sessions, with the exception of Sponsored Symposia, contribute towards CPD. Accreditation is based on the programme as a whole and the exact number of credits per day will be confirmed once accreditation is finalised.

It is the responsibility of attendees to apply for the number of credits that reflect their own participation across the conference.
