Diabetes UK, in partnership with Wonderly, as part of Haymarket Media Group is working to limit its environmental impact. We do this by:

  • Using recycled, recyclable and/or sustainable materials wherever possible.

  • Delegate materials including the conference handbook and delegate bags have been moved to the official event app to reduce paper and production materials.
  • Catering menus have been selected with sustainability in mind, with a focus on more plant-based and locally sourced ingredients.

The Exhibition Centre Liverpool has provided the appropriate recycling bins and will hand-sort all of their waste for recycling and wherever possible, 100% of waste is recycled and reused. The Exhibition Centre Liverpool only sends a minimal amount of waste to landfill.
