About Liverpool
Liverpool is a bold and unmissable city with heritage, culture and music at its very heart. It is the perfect host city for our conference, with a rich maritime history, stunning architecture and a thriving cultural scene.
It is situated on the eastern side of the Mersey Estuary, near the Irish Sea. A key trade and migration port from the 18th to the early 20th centuries, it's also, famously, the hometown of The Beatles.
Beyond the conference, the city offers an abundance of green spaces, parks and a stunning coastline to explore. As you discover what Liverpool has to offer, you will find a place that is as energetic and forward-thinking as we are.
