CPD credits

For the 2026 conference, we applied for accreditation with the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom.

Historically, the Diabetes UK Professional Conference has been accredited, offering delegates the opportunity to collect Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.

For 2026, delegates were able to claim up to 18 CPD credits in total.

All sessions, with the exception of Sponsored Symposia, contributed towards CPD. Accreditation was based on the programme as a whole, and the exact number of credits per day was confirmed once accreditation was finalised.

It was the responsibility of attendees to apply for the number of credits that reflected their own participation across the conference.
