Rebecca is the national social value policy lead for the net zero and sustainable procurement programme at NHS England. With 13 years NHS experience across operational and strategic roles, Rebecca spent almost half her career working in the diabetes space - as the service manager for a large specialist diabetes and endocrine service before leading the treatment and care transformation programme in London. She is passionate about health care and mitigating the impact of climate change to tackle inequalities and wider determinants of health.
