Michael Gibbs is a Belfast-based consultant specialising in crisis and conflict management and leadership development, with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. He has worked across multiple sectors comprising healthcare, humanitarian, faith-based and corporate, supporting a variety of clients including Amnesty International, the NHS, Amazon UK, Church of England, and the UNDP. As part of his portfolio, Michael mediates complex disputes (specialising in gender and race) and transforming toxic organisational cultures to drive meaningful change. By working closely with leadership teams, he helps organisations address operational roadblocks, increase productivity and financial viability, improve stakeholder engagement, and develop resilient teams that thrive in challenging environments. Educated at Harvard University and the University of Southern California, he brings rigour and insight to issues at the intersection of health, equity and organisational change. Michael serves as a Trustee of Diabetes UK, informing his commitment to reducing inequalities in diabetes care and outcomes.
