Katie Lamb

Katie Lamb has lived with type one diabetes for 23 years, diagnosed shortly before her second birthday. Katie is an artist and advocate for young people living with diabetes, using arts and creative collaboration to amplify the voices of lived experience on topics including emotional wellbeing, transition, and research accessibility. Her artwork has been used in hospitals and conferences around the world to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes, alongside her presence in the diabetes online community where Katie documents the highs and lows of life with T1D through art.
