Professor Almuth McDowall

Almuth is professor of organisational psychology at Birkbeck University of London where she directs the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work. Her research is focused on diversity, neurodiversity and occupational health at work. Her work is widely published in the academic and practitioner press and she has co-authored a bestselling book on neurodiversity coaching.
