Dr. Reza Zaidi FRCP is consultant diabetologist and Clinical Lead for the Transition and Young Adult Diabetes service at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is the National Advisor for the NHS England National Transition and Young Adult Diabetes Pilot Programme (2022-26), author of the national service specification for transitional and young adult diabetes care and sits on the NHS England National Diabetes Adolescent and Young Adult Audit committee. In addition, he has workedwith Digibete and CYP Diabetes Network to shape transition and young adult diabetes digital educational modules.
