Dr Fareed Oomer

ST6 Psychiatry Trainee, Bart's Health and East London Foundation Trust

Dr Fareed Oomer completed her MBBS and MD in Psychiatry in India and is currently undertaking higher training in General Adult Psychiatry. He has a particular interest in the interface between physical and mental health, having completed a year as a Clinical Fellow in Diabetes Psychiatry, focusing on the relationship between mental health and diabetes management. His work centres on integrated care approaches to improve outcomes for patients with diabetes and psychiatric comorbidities.
