Charlotte Hilton

Dr Charlotte Hilton is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Psychologist with expertise across health, social care and professional sport settings. She is an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and is passionate about supporting people through change and growth. She regularly delivers MI training to people who work in a diverse range of professions and has a history of working within health and social care settings. She is the Director of Hilton Health Consultancy and has held several senior academic positions at universities within the UK. Her research interests and publications are often conducted and written from a practice-based evidence perspective, with the intention of having practical utility and genuine impact. Charlotte is co-author of the innovative MI skill development text: Motivational Interviewing from the Inside Out. She is currently a Visiting Fellow at the University of Derby UK and Associate Professor at the University of Florida, USA.
