Chair: Paula Johnston

Paula Johnston is the NHS GIRFT workstream delivery manager for Diabetes & Endocrinology. Prior to this, she was the lead adult inpatient diabetes specialist nurse at the University Hospital Southampton (UHS). She has been working within diabetes for the past 15 years. She is a non-medical prescriber and has completed her Masters in diabetes. She was previously the genetic diabetes (MODY) lead at UHS. Paula has had several articles published and was the former chair of the DISN UK group. She is still a DISN UK group committee member as well as a member of the TREND diabetes committee and a DSN forum associate.
